Callix Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Callix mobile app and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Turkish summary is included below. In case of conflict, the English version controls unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

1. Eligibility and account

• You must be of legal age to accept these Terms under applicable law.
• You must comply with laws applicable in your region.
• You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.

2. Service description and limitations

Callix provides caller-intelligence, risk-signaling, spam-protection, and call-analysis features. Outputs are informational and should not be treated as legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Feature availability may vary by platform, permissions, jurisdiction, and product updates.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful surveillance or harassment.
• Do not submit false, defamatory, or abusive reports/tags.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, models, or data.
• Do not use Service outputs as sole basis for unlawful discrimination or harmful actions.

4. User content and moderation

If you submit reports, labels, disputes, or feedback, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it does not violate applicable law.

We may review, moderate, remove, or restrict user submissions that appear abusive, unlawful, or harmful to safety and trust integrity.

5. Privacy

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and updates

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature, model behavior, or endpoint at any time to improve safety, compliance, or product performance.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete availability in all regions, or absolute correctness of classifications and predictions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Callix and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Callix against claims, damages, and costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, or material Terms violations.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

12. Governing law

Unless mandatory law states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law specified by the Service operator, and disputes are resolved in competent courts or approved dispute forums in that jurisdiction.
